Adoption Application
Once you have submitted your "Adoption Application" and deposit of $500.00, your name is placed on a waiting list in the order the application and deposit are received.

You will remain on the list until you have chosen a puppy to adopt. The submitted deposit is valid for 3 years.

Each puppy is $3,500.00. If your puppy is being delivered via our Doodle Stork, we will gladly get you connected in order to receive a quote once you have chosen your pup. It's the safe way to travel!
​
A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold a particular puppy, with the balance due by the puppies age of seven weeks old.

Step 1:
Fill out the adoption application. Simple click on the link below and it will automatically download. Once the application is filled out, please scan and email it to: gollymissmollylabradoodles@gmail.com

Step 2:
Once you have filled out the application, the next step is to send the $500 puppy deposit.
Puppy Deposit - $500.00
Step 3:
Once we have received the $500 deposit and application, you will be put on our waiting list in the order that the application and deposit was received.
Step 4:
At 7 weeks, the final payment is due.
Puppy Balance - $3,000.00
